SCARA Outgoing QSL Buro - For SCARA / ARRL Members Only!

Four times a year, at the February, May, August, and November general meetings we will be collecting your outgoing DX (foreign country) QSL cards. For anyone who works DX, this is a cost effective way to exchange QSL cards and it’s a free benefit of your SCARA and ARRL memberships. Please follow these rules when submitting your cards:

1. Put your QSL cards in alphabetical order of the “TO” calls prefix.
2. Put only the call on the address side of the card. Don‘t put an address on the card.
3. Have proof of ARRL membership (copy of QST mailing label or ARRL membership card).
4. Bundle the cards with a rubber band.

We will then package and mail all of the cards to the ARRL outgoing bureau.
